Shipping Zones and Delivery Areas
Luxe delivers across Nepal. If your location falls outside our standard delivery coverage areas, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipping address and the total weight of the items in your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for your order upon delivery.
No additional COD fee is charged, regardless of the order value.
Only Nepalese Rupees (NPR) are accepted for COD payments.
Payments via card, cheque, or other non-cash methods are not accepted under the COD option. However, our delivery partner may accept QR payments at the time of delivery.
COD is a convenient option for customers who prefer not to pay online or do not have access to credit/debit cards.
Estimated Delivery Time
For both online and COD orders, your order is confirmed once it has been successfully placed through our website or mobile application.
You will receive notifications at every stage of your order, including:

Order Packed
Order Shipped
Order Delivered
Please ensure that notifications are enabled so you do not miss any updates regarding your order.
Inside Kathmandu Valley
Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, subject to product availability.
Outside Kathmandu Valley
Orders are typically delivered within 24–72 hours, subject to product availability.
If an item needs to be sourced from a different warehouse, store, or supplier, delivery may take longer. In such cases, our customer support team will notify you regarding any delays.
For partial shipments, any unavailable or unfulfilled items will be refunded through the original payment method if payment has already been received.
International Delivery
At this time, Luxe does not offer international shipping.
